What data we collect
Only the data you provide yourself through the contact form, by phone or via WhatsApp: name, phone number, city (optional), and for a commercial request — company name and the approximate number of employees, as well as any additional information you provide.
For what purpose and on what basis
We use the data to contact you, for consultation, to prepare an offer and to provide the service. The basis for processing is your consent (submitting the form) and steps necessary before concluding or for the performance of a contract; in certain cases — obligations established by law (for example, accounting records).
Who it is shared with
Form data is delivered to our email through the Web3Forms service. Hosting and security of the site are provided by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. The servers of technical providers may be located outside Georgia (the EU, the USA) — the transfer takes place only for the technical provision of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep data related to your request for as long as necessary to communicate with you and provide the service; contractual and accounting documentation — for the period established by law.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics — it works without cookies, collects only aggregated statistics (for example, the number of page views) and does not track individual users.
Your rights
You have the right to request: information about the processing of your data, access to it and a copy, correction, updating or completion, cessation of processing, deletion or destruction; you can also withdraw your consent at any time. A request will be fulfilled taking into account applicable law and mandatory data-retention periods.
