Who processes your data

What data we collect
Data you provide through the contact form, by phone or via WhatsApp: name, phone number, city (optional), and for a commercial request — company name and the approximate number of employees, as well as any additional information you provide. With your separate consent, we also collect website usage analytics as described below.
For what purpose and on what basis
We use the data to contact you, for consultation, to prepare an offer and to provide the service. The basis for processing is your consent (submitting the form) and steps necessary before concluding or for the performance of a contract; in certain cases — obligations established by law (for example, accounting records).
Who it is shared with
Form data is delivered to our email through the Web3Forms service. Hosting and security of the site are provided by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. The servers of technical providers may be located outside Georgia (the EU, the USA) — the transfer takes place only for the technical provision of the service.
How long we keep it
We keep data related to your request for as long as necessary to communicate with you and provide the service; contractual and accounting documentation — for the period established by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies to obtain aggregate website usage statistics.
Google Analytics 4 starts only after you consent. It uses analytics cookies to measure visits, traffic sources, page views, scrolling, successfully submitted enquiries, and clicks on phone or WhatsApp links. Data includes a cookie identifier, device and browser information, and approximate location. The purpose is to improve our website and service; the basis is your consent.
Analytics data is shared with Google and may be processed outside Georgia. We do not send names, phone numbers or other contact details entered in forms to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.
We remember your choice in this browser for 180 days; Google Analytics cookies also have a maximum lifetime of 180 days. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using the “Analytics preferences” button at the bottom of the page. Declining does not restrict website use or submitting an enquiry.
Your rights
You have the right to request: information about the processing of your data, access to it and a copy, correction, updating or completion, cessation of processing, deletion or destruction; you can also withdraw your consent at any time. A request will be fulfilled taking into account applicable law and mandatory data-retention periods.
